Please review this Terms of Use Agreement for the ProspectorsGulch.com website.
It sets forth the terms, conditions and guidelines for use of our site and the
services offered in it. This Terms of Use Agreement establishes an
unconditional agreement between the user (you) and Prospector's Gulch, a JKE
Enterprises, LLC company. By using this site or creating an account you accept
the Terms of Use Agreement.

material that you may deem offensive. You agree to use this site at your risk.

Order Acceptance
There may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. We
reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, at any time.
You are not charged until your payment method is authorized. Some instances
that may result in your order being cancelled include, quantities available for
purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or problems found relating
to credit and fraud. Sometimes we may require additional information and
verifications before accepting any order. We will contact you if any or all of
your order is cancelled, or if more information is needed to accept the order.
If your order has been canceled and your credit card has been charged, we will
issue a credit to your card in the amount charged for the canceled order.
Pricing Information
We at Prospector's Gulch strive to provide accurate pricing information.
Typographical or pricing errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of a
product until after you submit your order. If a product is listed at an
incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Prospector's
Gulch shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that
product. In the event a product is priced incorrectly, Prospector's Gulch will
contact you for instructions, or cancel and notify you of cancellation.
Quantity Limits and Sales
Prospector's Gulch reserves the right to limit the quantity of products
purchased, per person, household and order.

to approval by Prospector's Gulch.
Rating Products
Users of the ProspectorsGulch.com website will have access to the product
rating feature. Users are limited to one vote per item. Any user posting
multiple votes on a item, or attempts to bypass this limitation will have their
voting privileges revoked.
Termination
The Terms of Use policy is effective until terminated by either the user or
Prospector's Gulch. You can terminate this agreement at any time, provided you
discontinue use of the site. Prospector's Gulch can also terminate the
agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice and deny you
access to the site, if you fail to comply with any terms or provisions of this
agreement. If there is a termination of this agreement by either Prospector's
Gulch or user, Prospector's Gulch will still hold the rights to any comments,
feedbacks, suggestions, ideas, photos, or submissions.
