Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days to return the
item. If you need to return an item call customer service at:

Please provide your order number, name, contact information and reason for returning the
item(s).
To expedite processing of your return, follow the instructions below. Each step
must be followed in order to process your return.

Package the item securely in the original packaging, when available. Pack
jewelry and other items seperately within your return package.

Include a copy of your packaging slip and the return item(s), in their original
condition.

Write your return authorization number on the outside of the box and on the
copy of the packaging slip.

Be sure to keep the package tracking information and insure your package. We
cannot send a refund until we receive your returned item(s).

Please do not send C.O.D. We cannot accept it.
Under normal circumstances your refund will be processed within 30 days. Your
refund will:

Be in the same form of payment.

Equal the total unit price of the item(s) printed on your packaging slip,
including tax.
