Can I Cancel My Order?
You may attempt to cancel your order at any point before your order is shipped.
To attempt to cancel your order or to request a return authorization number
please call customer service at 1-888-70-GULCH.
Where is My Order Status?
It is easy to check on your order status. When you create a log in and go to my
account, all your shipping information is right there. It may take some time
before your information appears. Once you are a registered shopper, you can
view your order history.
Can I Add Or Remove An Item Once It Has Been Submitted?
You cannot add or remove an item(s) once your order has been submitted.
Can You Ship My Package Internationally?
At this time we are only able to ship packages in the United States (sorry no
delivery to Alaska or Hawaii at this time). We hope to expand our market and
ship internationally in the future.
My Item(s) Is Back Ordered. What Does That Mean?
We sometimes have merchandise that has sold out and is being restocked. You can
still order these item(s) and reserve your favorite color or size and we will
ship them to you as soon as possible.
If your order has in stock item(s) as well as back ordered item(s), we will
send you the in stock item(s) via the shipping method you choose. We will send
the back ordered item(s) to you via the most economical shipping available.
